ABSTRACT: A former director of Mexico's oil monopoly Pemex is being investigated for campaign corruption by funneling money from Pemex to the then-ruling PRI party. Vincente Fox (who defeated the PRI candidate Ochoa in the 2000 elections) is also under a separate corruption investigation.
