ABSTRACT: What courts better to try international terrorists who have attacked Americans on their own soil than in American Courts in the American Justice system?  One of the best and fairest justice systems in modern times, the test of being fair and impartial judges over such heinous individuals is exactly the kind of challenge the American Courts were designed to achieve.
